Deliveries

We currently operate 8 delivery routes throughout Scotland. These deliveries take place on a set day every 4 weeks.

Orders for an upcoming delivery run typically need to be placed on the Monday before delivery by 11am, although we will try our best to fulfil orders placed after this time if we have products in stock.  Please see upcoming delivery dates below for your specific area.

Once a delivery order has been placed, we will be in touch 1 – 2 days before delivery with a 2-hour delivery slot and to arrange any special requirements e.g. if the delivery is to be left in a garage etc.

We transport frozen products in high quality 48 hour thermos boxes with ice packs to ensure products arrive fully frozen.  Products are not left with customers in the thermos boxes.

All of our deliveries take place in our own van so we can help acomodate with deliveries on a personable level to help make deliveries as smooth a process as possible.

If there are any shortages on your order, we will contact you directly to offer an alternative product or a refund/credit.

Minimum order for each of our delivery runs: £25.00

Please select the correct delivery area when placing your order so the correct delivery charge is applied.

Please note CSJ Dog Food may not be available for delivery to some areas if there is a local stockist within reach.

We also deliver locally to Stirling and Clackmannanshire every Wednesday. The local delivery charge is : £3.95 and the minimum order value is : £15.00.

Please state the collection point you would like to collect your order from in the Notes section on the checkout page. We will be in touch with the exact collection point location after the customer has placed their order.
