- To make sure we have contact details / delivery address / phone number to ensure items are delivered to the correct address and we can correspond if there are shortages for the customers order, change of delivery date etc.

- We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you before future upcoming delivery dates to see if a further order is required

We keep your name / contact / address for 2 months (unless further orders are to be placed by the customer. We will then dispose of your information by shredding paper customer information
